When should I finish work during pregnancy?

Most women can safely work into their third trimester. It depends on your health, pregnancy type, and the nature of your job.

What sleeping position is safest?

From 20 weeks onward, sleeping on your left side is ideal. It improves blood flow to the uterus and baby.

What medications are safe in pregnancy?

Paracetamol is generally safe. Avoid ibuprofen, aspirin, or herbal meds unless cleared by your doctor. We’ll give you a full list at your visit.

Can I fly while pregnant?

Yes, usually up to 32–34 weeks for uncomplicated pregnancies. Always check with us first.

What symptoms should I never ignore?

Bleeding, severe pain, decreased fetal movement, fever, or unusual discharge — always contact us immediately.
